Our Apple Helpline is intended as a secondary form of support. If you are no longer covered by Apple's complimentary support period, did not purchase AppleCare or are outside of the warranty timeframe then we can help. Even if you are covered by Apple's great support options then we are always able to provide further one-to-one support, advice and training on all all things Apple.

Remote Assistance

With the introduction of Leopard (OS X10.5), Apple have included extremely powerful software that allows individuals to observe and control computers over the internet (with their permission of course!). As most new Apple users will be running Leopard, we offer a complete range of training and support services using iChat and Screen-Sharing. If you are running a previous version of the Apple Operating System (e.g. 10.4 Tiger or 10.3 Panther) then please contact us to discuss training options further. We have previously offered on-site training but at the moment are focusing on providing support via iChat. This allows us to keep the costs of training and support down whilst still offering a personal support experience.

Set up for iChat training is extremely easy and full instructions are provided following initial contact with us. We can pre-arrange slots so that you can receive support, advice and training at a time that suits you. We have found iChat to be an extremely useful tool:

  • We can hold a conversation during screen-sharing.
  • You see exactly what changes are being made on your computer.
  • Every step taken can be described in real time.
  • You are fully in control and able to override all actions.
